description: The composite locator is a combination of all three locators (Address points, Street centerlines, Place Names) which can be used to properly place most addresses and common places onto a map within the City of New Orleans. A single field of names, addresses, and/or intersections can be submitted to the locator with the understanding that address points and common place names will be placed in specific locations, while addresses not found in these files will then be placed along the centerline in the appropriate location according to the address range. In the case of intersections, the exact intersection will be mapped where available. Site Address Point NOT used to avoid erronous units to appear; instead calls on "AddressPointLocator" that doesn't contain units
